Kale n’ Eggs Recipe

Here’s a breakfast idea for all you egg lovers!

  • 2 stems worth of kale leaves, washed + torn
  • 2 eggs
  • garlic salt + pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

  1. Sautee kale [over medium] with a little olive oil, garlic salt + pepper.

  1. Turn heat down to medium-low.
  2. Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk.
  3. Pour on top of kale and twirl around in pan for even cooking.

  1. Cover with lid until eggs are cooked through.  I do not scramble them. Leave 5-8 min.

  1. Slide out of pan onto plate.

Add tomatoes for garnish!
